- I designed and managed the development and implementation of the first web based network solution In the sector, linking 60 member businesses with disparate business systems.
- I designed and implemented the first track and trace solution in the sector, capturing 30,000 scan events a day on custom built hardware.
- I designed and implemented the first successful digital signature capture solution in the sector, currently capturing 5,000 signatures a day
- I liaised with up to 10 software suppliers who linked to Palletline’s batch and web service based Systems in an open systems environment
- I advised at board level, analysed at the shop floor level and implemented everywhere in the UK and in Europe
- Whilst working with Palletline, I also handled crises and opportunities for a small number of other clients in what spare time I had!
